HPV and cancer chances?

If a 16 your old male contracted chlamydia, what are the chances he contracted HPV with no symptoms and no way or test to find out and no knowledge of whether the girl had HPV or not. Is it possible that I could of contracted HPV? and what are the chances of HPV turning into penile cancer? Is it possible to get HPV with no genital warts and not get any cancers? I have no lumps on my penis but have swollen nodes in groin have had them since I got chlamydia a year ago, treated it when diagnosed after 3 weeks. But nodes still havent ever gone back down. I have the common from what i hear brown spot or darker spot of skin on the penis, circumcision scar and darker shaft skin and pearly penile papules but nothing I would call cancer, but it still worries me. Actual there is also a reddish purple dark dot on the ring below my penis head where the circumcision scar is almost, if i stretch out the skin on the penis it looks like its kinda connected to veins and its a tiny spot where circulation is difficult or something like that. Please shed some light on this. What are the chances a 16 year old boy gets penile cancer this way? I think its in my head, just thinking about getting your manhood removed is horrifying. thanks
