Swollen lymph nodes from flea bite?

Can flea bites cause swollen lymph nodes? Cause last month I felt a swollen lymph node in my groin and I got really scared thinking it could be HIV related, but they went away in about 2 weeks, but then the fleas bite me about 6 times next to my groin and they came back, could flea bites cause swollen lymph nodes? The reason why I thought it could be HIV related was because I got a homemade tattoo back in January but I don't think the nodes would be showin up just now. Ever since I got the tattoo, I haven't had fevers, colds, sore throats, muscle aches, nothing.
