IS it normal to have some minor pain in ur groin area when ur about to get ur period?

I am 20 and expecting my period soon, but I have been having some pain in my groin lately and my breast have been feeling really tender, Is this normal esp the groin area thing? My boobs hurting is nothing new to me, but the groin thing I can't really recall getting often during my period.
