Safe sex with HPV...would this work?

For a clean man having sex with a woman with HPV. As you all know, even groin skin-to-skin contact can spread the HPV virus, hence condoms alone are of limited use. I was wondering, what if one totally isolates the groin areas (comfortabley)? Like, wearing boxers with just the condom poking through, and maybe even drape a sheet over her lower half except for a hole through it...assuming noone puts their hands in places that may spread things, would that be an effective way to prevent catching the virus?
