Sore penis, groin, pelvis, inner thighs and testes?

For a week and a half I've been having pains in my penis, groin, pelvis, inner thighs and testes. Its doesn't burn when I urinate but when I seem to be busting for a pee I only urinate a little. I have pains in mainly the part of the pelvis closest to the hips and my groins and inner thighs hurt pretty all the time especially when i laying around doing nothing. My tests gets slight pains from time to time, sometimes the pain gets really uncomfortable. I always seem to be tired and everything else seem to have a general ache. I'm only 14 and I'm worried. Please HELP.
