What is this? Bowels? Gas?

mornings i get hard stools and feeling of cramps at times but mostly in morning my stools are harder.. i also get electric zaps in groin/abdomen and increased gas when this occurs also feel them when i have full bladder seems that i belch more and my stools change and vary with days and nights. i get painful bowel movements and sudden urge to go to bathroom and feeling of i need to empty my bowels.. im 28 , 190 pound and had blood work done and urine test all came back fine.
