STD symptoms? PLEASE help :/?

Okay so I am 15 years old. I had sex for the first time two weeks ago. I used a condom. But the condom broke. 2 Days later the inside of my vagina became really itchy sore, and dry. And had some weird discharge. As well as sore lymph nodes in my groin. I thought it was a yeast infection so i got some medication for it. The itchiness went away for the most part, but my lymph nodes are still sore to the touch. Could this be something more serious? Like an STD or infection? I'm really scared. Please no hateful comments. Thank you!
