What can i give my dog if she seems like she has a fever?

My dog was babysat by family members and when i got her back she had a bunch of fleas. We gave her a bath when we got home and noticed she had sores all over her stomach and groin area. She's been feeling very warm and now i suspect she may have a fever. Is there anything over the counter that i can give her?
