What to do when i don't know why i have this rash?

I have some kind of a rash around my groin area, it's not actually on my 'bits' but it's around the area of my thighs and gooch, there appears to be a stecthmark type thing around there to, it's itchy sometimes and it's brown/purple" i don't know what to do
